Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee the daily operations of our food service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Quality Control: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession, restaurant.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and will be required to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and have a strong attention to detail.
