Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain inventory levels
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates, monitoring expenses and making recommendations for cost savings
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring that they are presented in a visually appealing manner
