Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

The Saskatoon Farm is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring the efficient operation of our food counter.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards and ensuring that all equipment and utensils are properly sanitized.
  • Operate a cash register, handling customer transactions and maintaining accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, adhering to recipe and presentation standards.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients, maintaining a well-stocked and organized inventory.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer service and teamwork.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
