About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at ASJ Landscaping and Snow removal Inc. as a Team Lead. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Supervision: Hire, supervise, and schedule a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure efficient and effective completion of landscaping projects.
  • Project Management: Plan, manage, and supervise landscape construction work, including estimating labour and materials, and scheduling events, programs, and activities.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems by providing technical advice to increase the value and functionality of a property, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate work records and logs, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
