About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Dilawri Group of Companies. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in our Canadian automotive group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the company with a high level of professionalism and courtesy, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Maintain knowledge and awareness of industry trends and company information.
  • Ensure all sales team members understand and follow departmental policies and procedures.
  • Book sales appointments and make outbound calls to customers for sales and follow-up purposes.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly goals, and stay up-to-date on sales marketing initiatives and product offerings.
  • Ensure mobility needs for all sales customers are fulfilled within established guidelines.
  • Capture and update customer contact information and respond to messages within established guidelines.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary diploma/degree with a concentration in Business or equivalent experience.
  • Previous Manager/Supervisor experience is required.
  • Previous outbound call center experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to exceed customer expectations.
  • Strong negotiation and sales abilities with a drive to produce results.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base.
  • Pleasant telephone demeanor.
  • Computer Skills - MS Word (intermediate), MS Excel (intermediate), Outlook (intermediate), One-Eighty (proficiency).
  • Ability to conduct business in English/French or English/Cantonese/Mandarin is considered an asset.
