Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our CIC Sales Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure the team is competitive and informed.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary diploma/degree with a concentration in Business or equivalent experience.
  • Previous Manager/Supervisor experience is required.
  • Previous outbound call center experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to exceed customer expectations.
  • Strong negotiation and sales abilities with a drive to produce results.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base.
  • Pleasant telephone demeanor.
  • Computer Skills - MS Word (intermediate), MS Excel (intermediate), Outlook (intermediate), One-Eighty (proficiency).
  • Ability to conduct business in English/French or English/Cantonese/Mandarin is considered an asset.
