Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our CIC Sales Team. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company with a high level of professionalism and courtesy, adhering to company standards and policies.
- Maintain knowledge and awareness of industry trends and company information relevant to your role.
- Ensure that all sales team members understand and follow company policies and procedures.
- Book sales appointments to maximize sales department hours and make outbound calls to customers for sales appointments and follow-up.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly goals, and stay up-to-date on sales marketing initiatives and product offerings.
- Ensure mobility needs for all sales customers are fulfilled within established guidelines and available resources.
- Capture and update customer contact information and respond to all messages within established guidelines.
Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma/degree with a concentration in Business or equivalent experience.
- Previous Manager/Supervisor experience is required.
- Previous outbound call center experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to exceed customer expectations.
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities with a drive to produce results.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base.
- Pleasant telephone demeanor.
- Computer Skills - MS Word (intermediate), MS Excel (intermediate), Outlook (intermediate), One-Eighty (proficiency).
- Ability to conduct business in English/French or English/Cantonese/Mandarin is considered an asset.
