At Countryhills Auto Sales, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans, designing market research questionnaires, and developing marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Design and conduct market research to inform business decisions
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Recruit and hire staff to support business growth
  • Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in a related field. They will be organized, have initiative, and be a team player. The role is a permanent position with 30-35 hours of work per week.
