Job Title: Business Development Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team at NEXTGEN COM TECH. As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans, conducting market research, and evaluating customer service and store environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Evaluate customer service and store environments to improve customer experience
  • Design and implement market research questionnaires to gather data
  • Prepare reports and research papers to present findings
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and electronic mail
