Job Overview

: We are seeking a highly skilled Industry Solutions Lead to join our team at NTT DATA. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our industry solutions efforts, developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

:
  • Proactive business development, presales, and solutioning on industry domain topics
  • Engagement with sales and account teams to promote business development
  • Defining and developing industry focus areas, offerings, and solutions
  • Collaboration with technology and consulting practices to create industry-specific solutions
  • Establishing industry ecosystems with partners
  • Leading industry analyst and advisor engagement and supporting marketing initiatives
  • Leading a small group of industry solution practitioners

Requirements

:
  • Minimum 20 years of professional experience
  • Minimum 10 years' experience enabling digital transformation in industries such as travel, hospitality, logistics, transportation, retail, and CPG
  • Minimum 5 years of presales experience
  • Minimum 3 years of people and team management

Skills

:
  • Well-versed in prevailing trends in industries
  • Experience in defining industry focus areas, creating industry offerings, and GTM solutions
  • Good communication, interpersonal, research, analytical, industry domain, presales, solutioning, and consultative business development skills
  • Proactive and self-starter with strong ability to multi-task
  • Ability to drive strategic conversations with business stakeholders and C-levels
  • Demonstrated success in winning deals
  • Strong understanding of technology and its applications to solve industry and lines of business transformation
  • Ability to devise and execute a strategy
