Job Summary

The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada) is seeking a skilled Credit Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our ESG Credit Risk Management team, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation and execution of our climate risk strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Environmental & Social Reputational Risk Assessment (ESRA) Process for material lending transactions in TD Securities, Commercial Banking, and TDBNA.
  • Support the development and implementation of new enterprise-wide platforms for ESG-related assessments of non-retail credit transactions.
  • Create periodic monitoring and review for risk oversight processes, and lead further enhancements as required.
  • Support ad-hoc deliverables and initiatives related to climate risk management on TD's lending business.

  • Organizational awareness: acumen to understand roles, relationships, and structures within the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Business credit management, ESG, and/or risk management experience.
