Restaurant Operations Manager
Denny's is seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to support the General Manager in overall restaurant operations, execution, management of staff, controllable profit plan achievement, guest count growth, and sales building activities. Key responsibilities include preparing and interpreting financial and operational reports, analyzing data, and developing solutions to ensure operating goals are achieved. The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, with leadership/operations experience strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and interpret financial and operational reports
- Analyze data and develop solutions to ensure operating goals are achieved
- Support the General Manager in overall restaurant operations and execution
- Manage staff and controllable profit plan achievement
- Build guest count and sales through sales building activities
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Leadership/operations experience strongly preferred
- Effective communicator in English, both orally and in writing
- Agility to interpret and analyze financial statements
