Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Strategist to join our team at Promote Project. As a key member of our Trust & Security leadership, you will play a crucial role in researching and developing cybersecurity strategies that align with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and assess information security strategies to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collect requirements to address security challenges and surveil the marketplace to determine strategies and tools to address those challenges
  • Conduct proof of concept/proof of value in pursuit of solution selection, deploy and configure solutions, and develop long-term support models to ensure ongoing success of solution implementation
  • Design and implement security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks, and information/data
  • Manage various security tools and deployments, including DLP, EDR, zero trust, vulnerability management systems, networking solutions, network devices, authentication systems, etc.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of cyber/information security work experience
  • Experience building and maintaining security systems, with familiarity of security tools like CrowdStrike, Zscaler, Cyberhaven, AWS Inspector, Security Hub, GuardDuty
  • Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols
  • Familiarity with a programming language such as Go/Python and AWS/Azure SDK, CLI, and APIs
