**Job Summary**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Enterprise Data Strategy, driving the design and implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee the implementation of MDM solutions, considering data integration, governance, quality, and stewardship requirements.
  • Develop data models that define master data entities, attributes, relationships, and hierarchies within the MDM system.
  • Provide technical leadership and oversight during implementation, collaborating with IT teams, developers, and data engineers to ensure design specifications are met.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in data architecture, including hands-on experience with MDM solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience with MDM tools like Informatica, IBM, or Ataccama.
  • 3+ years of experience managing data teams.
  • Proven experience leading MDM initiatives in complex environments.
  • Experience with data privacy laws, security, and policies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Candidates with CPG experience are preferred.
  • Experience working in an Agile framework is an asset.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Math, Computer Science, or Business Administration) is required.
