Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at B.D. Construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to coordinate subcontractors' activities, evaluate daily operations, and prepare construction project budget estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate subcontractors' activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
  • Plan and manage budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure high-quality work
  • Develop risk management plans to mitigate potential risks
  • Prepare reports to keep stakeholders informed

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction management

Work Environment:

  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
