Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at B.D. Construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors' activities, evaluating daily operations, and preparing and submitting construction project budget estimates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors' activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Prepare and submit accurate and detailed construction project budget estimates
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time
  • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure high-quality construction
  • Develop and implement risk management plans to mitigate potential risks and ensure project success
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to stakeholders on project progress and status
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction project management
