International Logistics Pricing Coordinator

This role will provide critical support to the Sales Team by coordinating international logistics pricing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be able to effectively manage relationships with agents, customers, and carriers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage relationships with agents and customers to ensure timely and accurate rate quotes
- Present comprehensive rate and service proposals to exceed customer expectations
- Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies and customer issues
- Generate or assist with documentation for international shipments
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- 3-5 years' experience in freight forwarding or transborder logistics
- Strong knowledge of international freight solutions and rate management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A consistent performer with a strong customer service orientation
- Energetic team player able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
