VTRANS INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS is seeking a skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments to ensure efficient logistics operations.
- Perform routine clerical duties, including preparing and submitting reports, to support the smooth operation of the organization.
- Coordinate the traffic flow of supplies to meet customer demands and optimize logistics processes.
- Prepare and maintain progress reports to track the performance of logistics operations.
- Stay up-to-date with cross-border dispatching regulations and practices to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
- Prepare and process import and export documents and other forms on behalf of clients to facilitate international trade.
- Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
