We are seeking a skilled Driveline Service Technician to join our team at The Gear Centre Group of Companies in Calgary. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for the repair and manufacturing of driveshafts for various industries, including automotive, heavy truck, industrial, and agricultural.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform mechanical repair work in the dismantling and reassembly of driveshafts.
  • Repair and manufacture driveshafts using certified driveline equipment.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace.

Qualifications:

  • Possess basic hands-on mechanical skills.
  • Previous manual lathe, welding, or mechanical shop experience is considered an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Works well with others in a team environment.
  • Confident and positive demeanor.
  • Able to lift 75 lbs.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
