Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our food service staff, including cooks, food service counter attendants, and food preparers.
- Food Quality Control: Ensure that all food meets quality control standards, including portion control, presentation, and taste.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Staff Training: Train new staff members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules for food service staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a physically demanding work setting.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
