Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Mr. Bowl & Sushi, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory, ensuring minimal waste and optimal stock levels.
  • Recruit, train, and develop our food service staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that all food and service meet our high expectations.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with our chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure seamless kitchen operations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service or related role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Working Conditions:
