About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Analyst to join our team at RONA inc. in Boucherville, Quebec. As a Pricing Analyst, you will play a key role in coordinating and executing our pricing strategy across various business categories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Merchandising teams to align category pricing with our defined pricing strategy
  • Analyze market price fluctuations and propose recommendations to maintain a competitive pricing position
  • Act as a business partner with Merchandising teams and FP&A Finance support team
  • Develop and maintain advanced business reporting and analytics to inform pricing decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pricing, preferably in retail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to quickly turn around and manage multiple priorities
  • High proficiency in Excel, Access, and related Microsoft software applications
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to draw sound business conclusions from disparate data
