About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Hepatologist Specialist to join our team at saskdocs. As a key member of our medical staff, you will play a vital role in the management of patients with liver diseases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with liver diseases, including liver transplant patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct research and contribute to the development of new treatments and therapies for liver diseases
  • Provide education and training to medical students and residents
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements

  • Completion of residency training in Internal Medicine and subspecialty training in Gastroenterology
  • Completion of Fellowship training in Hepatology, including transplant medicine
  • Eligibility for regular licensure to practice medicine in Saskatchewan
