Job Summary

Nexus Systems Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Operational Risk Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Operational Risk technology solutions, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary point of contact for day-to-day operational and production support, coordinating activities with global stakeholders and support teams.
  • Escalate issues, lead service recovery teams, and conduct root cause analysis to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Support the design and management of administrative documentation and procedures for user access & application support.
  • Manage Support mailboxes and ServiceNow ticket queue, responding to queries in a timely manner and adhering to documented Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Communicate effectively with business partners and technology groups, as well as users throughout the Bank.
  • Under the direction of the Senior Manager, provide support in the delivery of Operational Risk technology solutions that meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant functional and/or technical experience, preferably as a Business Analyst/System Analyst.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity tools (Word, PowerPoint) and advanced skills in the use of MS Excel (macros).
  • Experience with Operational Risk platforms and methodologies, and their application in judicious decision-making.
  • Experience with mapping & flow chart software tools.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to build strategic relationships and influence stakeholders.
