Culinary Excellence at PIZZA ROCK
As a vital member of our PIZZA ROCK team, you will be responsible for managing the culinary aspects of our restaurant. This includes:
- Menu Planning and Preparation
- Develop and maintain a menu that showcases our culinary expertise and meets the tastes of our customers
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Kitchen Operations and Management
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean and maintain the kitchen and work areas to the highest standards of hygiene and safety
- Recruit and hire new staff members as needed
- Quality Control and Improvement
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure high standards of quality and safety
- Monitor and maintain quality control measures to prevent errors and inconsistencies
- Investigate and resolve any customer complaints or issues
Requirements
- Education and Training
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of menu planning and preparation
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- High level of organization and attention to detail
