About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Counsellor to join our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) team at LifeWorks. As a Counsellor, you will provide short-term counselling services to a diverse set of clients dealing with various issues, within the terms and conditions of the client's EAP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent clinical services and embrace our culture of continuous learning;
  • Manage the administrative requirements as dictated by our clinical models;
  • Work with a great team that is as passionate as you are
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work;
  • Registration with Professional College or Association;
  • Ability to set short term objectives and use a solution focused approach;
  • Ability to clinically manage high-risk cases, including clients who are a threat to self or others;
  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle a large volume of clients;
