Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Nursing Program. The successful candidate will provide administrative support services, including reception and general information services to First Nations clients, partners, and communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Nursing Program team
  • Assist with travel arrangements and support for rural and remote communities
  • Communicate effectively with First Nations clients, partners, and communities
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping

Requirements

  • 1 year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Completion of Grade 12
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Valid BC Driver's License
  • Basic knowledge of First Nations history, culture, and etiquette
