Overview

Tropical Treets is a dynamic organization seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the financial health of the company.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented individual to handle various financial tasks, including preparing cheques for payroll, calculating fixed assets, and maintaining general ledgers. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be organized, and possess strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll with accuracy and efficiency
  • Determine and calculate fixed assets and depreciation
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A college diploma or CEGEP certificate from a program of 1-2 years
  • At least 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits

Tropical Treets offers a competitive salary package, including a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Additional Information
