Business Development Lead

At Global Rock Works, we're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive new business, build lasting partnerships, and grow our presence in Western Canada.
About the Role- We're looking for an experienced professional with expertise in geohazard mitigation and slope stabilization to lead our sales and strategy efforts.
- You'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving interest in our services.
- This role is perfect for a technical-minded sales professional who enjoys being on the road, building relationships, and turning industry connections into long-term business opportunities.
Global Rock Works is North America's first rope-access-certified geohazard mitigation company, specializing in high-angle and remote access projects.
We provide innovative, safety-driven solutions that protect infrastructure, assets, and communities from rockfall, landslides, and other geohazards.
Our reputation is built on safety, integrity, and determination, and we're committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in account management and business development, ideally in geohazard mitigation or related industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or a related field.
- Established industry network within Western Canada, particularly in mining, utilities, highways, and railroads.
- Proven sales track record, successfully closing sales annually and consistently exceeding revenue targets and KPIs in a high-accountability environment.
