We are Soucy, a leading company in the powersports industry, and we're seeking an exceptional Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our IT innovation efforts. As CTO, you will play a key role in driving technological advancements and strategic initiatives that support our business growth.
About the RoleReporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an IT strategy that aligns with our business objectives. Your primary focus will be on maximizing value while minimizing waste within the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the management committee to implement and follow up on the strategic plan, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
- Serve as an ambassador, promoting the values of the Soucy Group and fostering a positive corporate culture.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate team members, providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with various departments to analyze their needs, recommend solutions, and ensure effective integration of technology.
- Coordinate teams to deliver operational support and drive business objectives forward, leveraging technological innovations to stimulate progress.
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced business intelligence solutions to inform decision-making.
- Drive projects integrating best practices to increase operational efficiency and improve user experience.
- Set priorities and direct sector activities, ensuring the achievement of performance objectives while respecting deadlines and budgets.
- Maintain a watchful eye on emerging technologies and digital transformations, staying ahead of the curve to drive innovation.
- E nsure the availability, operation, maintenance, security, and development of our IT infrastructure, including telecommunications networks, computer equipment, information systems, industrial control systems, office software, Internet services, and central telephone systems.

What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. In addition, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
