Senior Proposal Coordinator

Join a leading construction company in Canada and take on a challenging role as a Senior Proposal Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Qualifications (RFQs), and Invitations to Bid (IFBs) to develop tailored responses that meet the specific requirements of each project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform research and analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities
  • Develop written strategies and responses to RFPs and RFQs
  • Search for new opportunities and distribute relevant documents to team members
  • Provide detailed reviews and breakdowns of RFPs and RFQs for Regional Leaders
  • Manage proposals, including writing and developing strategies to complete proposals
  • Prepare and collect front-end documents required for proposals
  • Communicate with consultants and subtrades for design build proposals and other proposal information
  • Input and update content for people and projects into online databases and documents
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the ICI construction industry responding to RFPs, RFQs, etc.
  • Experience working with Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge and experience of working with social media platforms
  • Proficient in written communication skills
