About the Role
CB Canada is seeking an experienced Call Center Team Lead to join our remote team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for monitoring and auditing associates, providing feedback, and tracking progress.
- Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and audit associates to ensure quality standards are met
- Provide personal and proactive feedback to associates
- Track progress and recommend performance action plans
- Work with supervisors and management to ensure quality standards
- Provide training to new hires and experienced associates
- Attend and contribute to internal and client monitoring sessions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Two years prior call center experience
What We Offer
As a Team Lead at CB Canada, you will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $17.50, plus 4% vacation pay. You will also have the opportunity to work from home, with a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
