About The Role

Reporting to Site Manager, the Logistics Manager - Materials Team will be responsible for collaborating with various departments to ensure efficient material flow. The successful candidate will receive materials packages from the client warehouse, compare them against the Bill of Materials for accuracy, and organize day-to-day material movement to and from the shops.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely delivery, receipt, and processing of project materials
  • Closely collaborate with the client, maintaining organization and exhibiting strong time management skills
  • Maintain official material receiving and vendor documentation in the electronic records management system
  • Review job cost reports for inconsistencies, such as material mischarges
  • Provide material visibility and status through consistent data management
  • Request ROP and ROQ changes to avoid stock out situations and reduce stock carried in the warehouse
  • Ensure all material certificate requirements are specified at time of item master creation to align with CNRL standards

Qualifications/Experience

  • 3+ years of professional experience in material coordination or logistics
  • Technical knowledge of piping materials
  • Experience with and knowledge of materials management systems and their setup, implementation, support, and utilization
  • Strong computer software applications skills, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

This is a full-time position located at the CNRL Horizon Project Site on a 7 days on, 7 days off schedule. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, Graham provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement plan.
