Restaurant Assistant Manager Job Description

At Crossroads Foods, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that stock levels are adequate and that products are cost-effective.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints, and negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Team Leadership: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that staff are motivated and equipped to provide excellent service.
Work Environment:

The Restaurant Assistant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure, and will be required to stand for extended periods. The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, and able to work effectively in a team.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
