Restaurant Assistant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Crossroads Foods. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Inventory Management: Cost products and services, and organize and maintain inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints or concerns, and negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Team Leadership: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, and lead a team of staff to achieve business objectives.
