Senior Business Partner, Finance

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Partner to join our Office of the Chief Financial Officer. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational financial advisory services to our business partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the synthesis and delivery of financial advisory services to support business decision-making.
  • Act as a business partner, establishing robust financial processes and providing business insights to inform financial decisions.
  • Develop and implement financial models to support business improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement performance measures and targets.
  • Provide analysis and advice to senior management to optimize business performance.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as accounting, finance, business administration, economics or commerce.
  • Minimum of seven years of experience in finance-related roles such as FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Business Analysis, Business Improvement, Commercial Finance.
  • Results-oriented, team player with strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and business acumen.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and work in a multi-demand environment.
  • Bilingualism (English and French).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration, Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
