Food Service Manager

Join Jessy's Pizza as a Food Service Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure their success.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their experience is positive and memorable.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
As a Food Service Supervisor at Jessy's Pizza, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel. You will also be expected to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and management, and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Flexibility: Be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
