Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at PIZZA HUT. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Environment: Noisy work environment, willing to relocate, and own transportation.
- Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Teamwork: Work as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
English is the primary language of communication in this role.
