Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at SaskIT Inc.

Job Summary:

The Office Manager will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, and performing data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Administration: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Administrative Support: Perform data entry tasks, train staff, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Policy Implementation: Establish and implement policies and procedures, determine and establish office procedures and routines, and advise senior management.
  • Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries, and record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in electronic mail, MS Office, and Google Docs.
