B.C. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Human Resources and Organizational Development Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing financial and administrative controls, and formulating policies and programs to drive organizational success.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments, and selecting middle managers, directors, or other executive staff. You will also represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
