Job Summary

We are seeking a Branch Director to join our team at Master. As a Branch Director, you will be responsible for leading branch operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, and providing leadership and guidance to staff.

Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and guidance to staff, including coaching and training. Develop and implement strategies to improve employee performance and engagement.
  2. Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue. Identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
  3. Operations and Logistics: Oversee branch operations, including managing budgets and resources. Ensure that all operations are running efficiently and effectively.
  4. Customer Service: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients. Ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership and management experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
