Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to join our People team as a Leadership Development Specialist. This key role involves designing and implementing leadership development initiatives across the organization, supporting the growth and development of our people, and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities

">

Your primary duties will include:

">
  • ">
  • Developing and delivering leadership development programs, including workshops and training sessions.">
  • Coaching team members and leaders to enhance their leadership capabilities and team performance.">
  • Creating and implementing individual development plans (IDPs) to support the career and personal development of team members and leaders.">
  • Debriefing various assessments, including 360-degree feedback, to provide actionable insights and recommendations.">
  • Staying up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in leadership development, succession planning, emotional intelligence, and performance management.">

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • 5+ years of leadership development experience, preferably in a retail or customer-centric organization.">
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, organizational development, or a related discipline.">
  • Certifications such as EQ-i, Insights, or a CPHR designation are considered assets.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage teams at all levels.">
  • Experience with HR information systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office.">

Compensation Details

The salary range for this position is $81,920.00 - $102,400.00, based on location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
