Job Overview

Northern Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Dawson Creek & District Hospital, where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in a long-term care facility.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care required to meet patients' physical, social, and psychological needs.
  • Use approved policies, procedures, and protocols to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Two years recent medical/surgical experience.
  • Completion of Chemotherapy training within one month of appointment (for Ambulatory Care/Endoscopy/Cancer Care).
  • Successful completion of post-graduate Critical Care Course or two years recent experience in an equivalent setting (for Intensive Care Unit).
