Warehouse Manager Role

As a Warehouse Manager at SHEIN, you will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining productivity levels. You will be responsible for leading and managing warehouse projects, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), and developing and mentoring your team.

This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze data to drive improvement. You will work closely with our logistics team to ensure seamless operations and meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, sorting, packing, and shipping.
  2. Schedule and train the workforce efficiently.
  3. Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.
  4. Lead and manage warehouse projects, including PMO project management efforts.
  5. Achieve all KPIs, including productivity, PPH, UPH, and cost per unit.
  6. Maintain quality assurance by meeting all quality metrics.
  7. Manage inventory control, planning, and cycle counts.
  8. Manage departmental P&L and control costs.
  9. Develop and mentor warehouse teams to maximize their contributions.
  10. Support strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts.
  11. Perform data analysis to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in logistics management, business management, or related fields.
  2. Over 8 years of work experience in warehouse and logistics management, including 2+ years of leadership experience and 5+ years of experience working with 3PL.
  3. Experience in health and safety management is mandatory.
  4. Highly motivated, energetic, and capable of addressing issues with a strong sense of urgency.
  5. Ability to effectively prioritize and delegate work.
  6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to report and recommend solutions to challenges.
  7. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  8. Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
