About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at PRASO Consulting Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure efficient use of personnel, materials, and financial resources.
  • Leadership Development: Identify, select, and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting expectations and provide coaching and development opportunities as needed.
  • Financial Management: Establish and manage financial and administrative controls to ensure the organization's financial health and stability.
  • Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior management role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced, and the individual must be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

Language and Work Conditions

The primary language of work is English, and the individual must be able to work in a multicultural environment. The work conditions require attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency.
