About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at PRASO Consulting Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Financial Management: Establish and manage financial and administrative controls, ensuring effective resource allocation and budget management.
  • Human Resources: Develop and implement human resources planning, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations and achieving goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior management role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 30 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
