We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at PRASO Consulting Inc. as a General Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs, allocating resources to achieve business objectives.
- Departmental Management: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions, ensuring effective team management.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to improve employee performance.
- Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulating and approving promotional campaigns and human resources planning.
- Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, delegating representatives as needed.
- Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, efficient interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
LanguageEnglish is the primary language of communication in this role.
