Job Summary

Top Beauty Nail Supply is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our inventory management system. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the efficient use of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Work with suppliers to negotiate prices, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and supply chain performance.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 1-2 people, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects.
  • Training and Development: Train new employees on inventory management procedures and policies, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure their success.
  • Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Logistics Planning: Plan and coordinate the logistics of inventory movements, including transportation and storage.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
