Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Eminence Consulting Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and coordinating the selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyze staffing needs to determine recruitment strategies
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to attract top talent
  • Coordinate the selection process, including interviews and assessments
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP degree in a related field
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
