We are seeking a highly skilled Account Supervisor to join our team at No Fixed Address Inc. in Toronto, Montréal, New York, Chicago, and San Francisco. As a pivotal member of the account management team, you will help our clients solve challenges and harness opportunity through the power of creativity.

You will lead the overall client relationship day-to-day campaign execution and collaborate closely with internal and external teams to successfully deliver integrated marketing solutions to our clients.

We're looking for someone who has a passion for creativity and excellence in project delivery, with a proven ability to build strong relationships within an agency team and with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in strategy and creative development from top to bottom of the purchase funnel
  • Manage day-to-day client communications and campaign development schedules
  • Champion an understanding of the competitive landscape, competitive ad reviews, program assessments & marketplace trends, news and reports
  • Develop and deliver tactical briefs; manage studio production and asset trafficking
  • Provide mentorship and growth of junior team members
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of account management experience with an agency or marketing environment
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
  • Creative, quick, conceptual thinker and problem solver
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to independently complete assigned tasks successfully and on time
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing multiple projects with an ability to prioritize
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, advertising best practices, and the media landscape, including TV, OOH, digital, social - CRM and shopper experience desired but not required
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate clearly and persuasively
